1910.332(b)(1)  Practices addressed in this standard. Employees shall be trained in and familiar with the safety-related work practices required by 1910.331 through 1910.335 that pertain to their respective job assignments. 29 CFR  1910.147(c)(1):Energy control program. The employer shall establish a program consisting of energy control procedures, employee training and periodic inspections to ensure that before any employee performs any servicing or maintenance on a machine or equipment where the unexpected energizing, startup or release of stored energy could occur and cause injury, the machine or equipment shall be isolated from the energy source and rendered inoperative.  On or about December 7, 2023, at Starbucks store 69658,  employees servicing an ice machine without isolating from the energy source. The employer had not established employee training or conducted periodic inspections.

29 CFR  1910.303(g)(1): Space about electric equipment. Sufficient access and working space shall be provided and maintained about all electric equipment to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment.   On or about December 7, 2023, at Starbucks sore 69658 backroom, employees working were exposed to electrical hazards due to the electrical panels being blocked by a cart with cardboard boxes.
