29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations present potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:  (a)	On or about December 7, 2023, where employees doing framework on a new build single-family house, while using a Makita circular saw, model no. 5007F and were not wearing safety glasses.  Employees were exposed to eye injuries.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:  (a)	On or about December 7, 2023, where employees doing framework on a new build single-family house and were exposed to fall hazards to the lower level:  DANIEL ALVAREZ MARTINEZ WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD 1926.501(B)(13) OR ITS EQUIVALENT WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1635002 CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM 1 THAT WAS ISSUED ON APRIL 6, 2022, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 1118 ELIJAH WAY, DALLAS, TX, 5253. THE FINAL ORDER DATE WAS JANUARY 6, 2023.
