29 CFR  1910.132(d)(1):The employer did not assess the workplace to determine if hazards are present, or are likely to be present, which necessitate the use of personal protective equipment (PPE):  a) 10400 East I-25 Frontage Road LONGMONT, CO 80504: On or about December 1st, 2023, and at times prior, employees were exposed to falls hazards of approximately 10 feet to the ground below while conducting maintenance on top of RVs and trailers without fall protection.
