29 CFR 1917.44(d):The employer did not direct motor vehicle operators to comply with posted speed limits and other traffic control signs or signals, and written traffic instructions. A) West of White (Dock) House located at 2 Main street GPA CB-8, in Garden City, GA: On or about 12/8/2023, and times prior to, the employer exposed employees to a struck-by hazard, in that the operators of Jockey trucks were allowed to park and exit the truck in a roadway near the travel pad of an operating Rubber Tire Gantry (RTG) Crane where posted signs stated Trucks only.
