29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition: a) 108 North Broadway Street, Scottdale, PA 15683, on or about December 11, 2023 - The walking- working surfaces in the upstairs storage room were not kept in a clean and orderly condition. Exhaust pipes strewn about the floor between the storage racks created a tripping hazard for employees working in the area.

29 CFR 1910.176(b): Storage of material shall not create a hazard. Bags, containers, bundles, etc., stored in tiers shall be stacked, blocked, interlocked and limited in height so that they are stable and secure against sliding or collapse: a) 108 North Broadway Street, Scottdale, PA 15683, Hydraulic Storage Room, on or about December 3, 2023 - The storage of materials created a hazard. Hydraulic auto parts stored on thin metal shelving units were in danger of collapse. The shelving had to be propped up with wooden bracing in an effort to keep the racks from collapsing. Employees working in the area were exposed to struck-by and crushing hazards.
