OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to struck by hazards:  a) Baker Transfer & Storage, Dry Storage Warehouse Steel Storage Racks: On or about December 11, 2023 and at times prior, employees were exposed to struck by hazards while conducting tasks such as, but not limited to: loading and unloading document boxes from the steel storage racks. The employer failed to secure steel storage racking to the floor, remove damaged steel storage racking components and ensure load ratings are posted to prevent overloading.  b) Baker Transfer & Storage, North Warehouse Steel Storage Racks: On or about December 11, 2023 and at times prior, employees were exposed to struck by hazards while conducting tasks such as, but not limited to: loading and unloading document boxes from the steel storage racks. The employer failed to secure steel storage racking to the floor, remove damaged steel storage racking components and ensure load ratings are posted to prevent overloading.  c) Baker Transfer & Storage, North Warehouse, North Steel Storage Racks: On or about December 11, 2023 and at times prior, employees were exposed to struck by hazards while conducting tasks such as, but not limited to: loading and unloading document boxes from the steel storage racks. The employer failed to secure steel storage racking to the floor, remove damaged steel storage racking components and ensure load ratings are posted to prevent overloading.  d) Baker Transfer & Storage, North Warehouse, South Steel Storage Racks: On or about December 11, 2023 and at times prior, employees were exposed to struck by hazards while conducting tasks such as, but not limited to: loading and unloading document boxes from the steel storage racks.
