29 CFR  1910.22(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition.  a) EDA Cloud International Inc./30 Executive Avenue/EDISON, NJ 08817 - Throughout Warehouse: Employer did not maintain free access to equipment or passageways in that excess cardboard and miscellaneous materials and equipment were not removed. This condition exposed employees to trip and fall hazards.   Condition observed on or about 12/12/2023.

29 CFR  1910.37(b)(2): Each exit was not clearly visible and marked by a sign reading "Exit":    a) EDA Cloud International Inc.,30 Executive Avenue, EDISON, NJ 08817 - Aisle L: The employer did not ensure that each exit door sign was visible, part of the racking system was completely blocking the visibility of the exit door sign.   Condition observed on or about 12/12/2023.

The battery charging stations were covered in cardboard, paper and saran wrap debris.   Condition observed on or about 12/12/2023.
