Employees were exposed to a fall hazard while working on aluminum track door frames installation on the third floor level and walking along the balconies from building #1 to building #2 with an unprotected side or edge. The employees did not use any means of fall protection while moving between the balconies and were exposed to a 22 feet 3 inches height fall to the ground.
