29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: On or about December 13, 2023, throughout the three buildings of the jobsite where employees performed hot work, multiple fire extinguishers were not mounted and/or identified. a) Fire Extinguisher #1: On the north side of the Heavy Equipment Shop, an extinguisher was not mounted and identified. b) Fire Extinguisher #2: On the south side of the Heavy Equipment Shop, an extinguisher was not identified. c) Fire Extinguisher #3: On the east side of the Light Shop, an extinguisher was not identified. d) Fire Extinguisher #4: On the west side of the Saw Shop, an extinguisher was not mounted. e) Fire Extinguisher #5: On the west side of the Saw Shop, an extinguisher was not identified.
