29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a) On or about December 13, 2023, on the south side of the jobsite, employees engaged in framing work of the structure utilized an aerial lift (Genie S-45 XC) without adequate fall protection, by not being anchored in the lift, at heights greater than six (6) feet above the ground.
