On or about 12/11/2023, in the fabrication shop at 6254 Kempfer Road, St. Cloud, FL.an employee was operating a hand-fed multi-head trim saw to cut 2x4 lumber, ranging in length from 8-feet to 16-feet, during which time the saw's five, 16-inch diameter rotating blades were not guarded; therefore exposing the employee/saw operator to amputation hazards.
