29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1):The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. a) On or about December 13, 2023, in the west side of the conveyor sysetm, the employer failed to ensure that the work areas were kept clean of Class II combustable dust accumulated on walls and equipment.

29 CFR 1910.307(c)(3): The equipment used in the hazardous(classified) location was not of the type and design that would provide protection from the hazards arising from the combustibility and flammability of vapors, liquids, gases, dusts, or other fibers involved. a) On or about December 13, 2023, Overhead lighting in the conveyor section of the facility was not rated for Class II Combustible Dust and was not approved for the ignitable or combustible properties of the specific dust or fiber that was or could be present exposing employees to explosion hazards.
