29 CFR 1926.454(a): The employer did not have each employee who performed work while on a scaffold trained by a person qualified in the subject matter to recognize the hazards associated with the type of scaffold being used and to understand the procedures to control or minimize those hazards: a) Jobsite located at 225 W Rittenhouse Street in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania- On or about December 12, 2024, the employer did not ensure each employee who was performing work on a mobile scaffold platform was trained by a person qualified in the subject matter to recognize the hazards of the mobile scaffold. An employee worked on a mobile scaffold to install wall sheathing without being trained, thereby exposing the employee to fall hazards.
