29 CFR 1910.176(a): Where mechanical handling equipment was used, sufficient safe clearances were not allowed for aisles, at loading docks, through doorways or wherever turns or passage had to be made:( a) On or about December 13, 2023, at 1660 Benchmark Ave., Fort Myers, FL: The employer exposed employees to struck by hazards, in that there are insufficient safe clearances for both pedestrian traffic as well as forklift traffic which resulted in forklifts hitting each other.

29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): The employer did not keep exit route(s) free and unobstructed: a) On or about December 13, 2023, at 1660 Benchmark Ave., Fort Myers, FL: The emergency exit door between Bay 6 and Bay 7 was obstructed by pallets from incoming and outgoing customer shipments which exposes employees to entrapment and fire hazards. To abate this hazard, the employer must ensure that exit doors are kept free and unobstructed.
