29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employee(s) engaged in residential construction 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems or personal fall arrest systems nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of 1926.502(k) developed and implemented: On or about December 11, 2023, employees were performing framing activities on the fourth floor of an apartment under new construction without the use of a fall protection system, exposing employees to a fall hazard of approximately 9 feet.
