Employees were utilizing scaffolding platforms which were assembled properly to perform roof repair-removal-replace activities 6-feet to 12-feet above ground. 1) 511 Moosup Pond Road - Front of Home: Scaffold bridged with tubular scaffolding equipment, 16-feet on left and 14' on right. 2) 511 Moosup Pond Road - Rear of Home: Scaffold bridged with tubular scaffolding equipment on residential porch.
