Alleged Violation Description OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that employees were exposed to struck-by hazards associated with inadequately maintained racking systems: (a) Fine Products Inc. located at 3121 Lawrence St. Philadelphia: On or about December 18, 2023, The employer did not ensure steel racking systems were secured to the floor using anchor bolts and maintained free of damaged support columns. The racking systems were used to store pallets of materials, exposing employees working to struck by hazards from falling objects and rack collapse.
