(a) 100 Subbase Crown Bay, St. Thomas, VI - While performing excavation activities, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards from Komatsu Excavator Model No. PC300LC-7, Serial No. 40920, TW 69,490-71,160 lbs. rolling into lower area. NOTE: Certification of abatement is not required for this citation item, as abatement was documented by the compliance safety and health officer during the inspection.
