Location: Front side of worksite located at 1439 Main St. Brewster, MA.    On or about 12/19/23 employee operating a JCB Lull did not have the proper training or license to operate the machine. The employee struck a fabricated framed scaffold that was 3 sections high with an employee assembling the scaffold. The scaffold tipped over sending the employee assembling the scaffold to the hospital by med flight. CSHO was notified by the Brewster Fire Department.
