29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2):The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person. Location: Worksite On or about December 15, 2023, employees that have received no construction safety training were left to work alone to work with a table saw in the basement area of the residential construction project to perform framing work, where the employer did not ensure that the site was frequently and regularly inspected by a competent person. The employees were utilizing broken and defective ladders, a frayed extension cord, and had no eye protection.
