29 CFR 1926.403(i)(2)(i):Live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by cabinets or other forms of enclosures, nor by any of the means listed in subparagraphs (A) through (D) of this paragraph: (a) 1736 Hamilton St., Allentown, PA 18103 - Stair Tower #1, 2nd Floor: On or about December 18, 2023, employees used the Stair tower #1 stairway between the 1st and 2nd level and were exposed to live parts from temporary lighting where protection against accidental contact was not in place.
