29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): On or about 12/19/2023, at the jobsite located at 7251 N. MIAMI AVE, MIAMI, FL 33150: (a) A Cincinnati (Serial No. unknown) mechanical press brake used to bend aluminum sheets lacked a point of operation guard, exposing an employee to caught by and amputation hazards. (b) An employee was exposed to caught by and amputation hazards while working with a drill press (i.e. Jet, Model No: JMD-18, Serial No: 1052659) that lacked a guard on its point of operation.
