29 CFR 1910.219(e)(1)(i): Horizontal belts which had both runs 42 inches or less from the floor level were not fully enclosed by guards conforming to requirements specified in 29 CFR 1910.219(m) and (o): a. On or about December 20, 2023, at the silo operation located at 3375 Agricultural Center Drive, St. Augustine, Florida 32092, an employee filling concrete powder into a volumetric truck was not protected from an amputation hazard, in that there was no guard around the belt system attached to the engine.
