29 CFR 1910.1025(e)(5): Administrative controls were used as a means of reducing employees time weighted average exposures to lead and the employer did not establish and implement a job rotation schedule which included the required elements: a) On the Furnace Deck, on or about December 20, 2023 - Administrative controls were used as a means of reducing Furnace Operator's time weighted average exposures to lead. The employer did not establish a job rotation schedule which included the name or identification number of each affected employee and duration and exposure levels at each job work station where each affected employee is located.
