29 CFR 1910.176(a): Aisle(s) and passageway(s) were not kept clear and in good repair with no obstruction across or in aisles that could create a hazard. a. At the site, on or about 12/12/2023, aisles where aluminum parts are loaded and unloaded from the rack storage system were obstructed by a table holding aluminum parts limiting the maneuverability of the forklift, exposing employees to a struck-by and crushed-by hazards.
