29 CFR 1910.141(g)(2): Employees were permitted to consume food or beverage in area(s) exposed to toxic materials:  At the commercial facility located at 2720 North Airport Commerce in Springfield, Missouri 65803, on or about December 18, 2023: Employees performing label removal operations were exposed to toxic effects of ingestion of solvents, such as label and adhesive destroyer cleaner that is used in the label removal process. Effects include but are not limited to gastrointestinal irritation. The employer did not restrict the consumption of beverages in the pod washing area where chemicals are sprayed.
