29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: On or about December 20, 2023, the employer did not ensure that a fire extinguisher, located in the south corner of the facility adjacent to the Exit door, was accessible to employees. The fire extinguisher was blocked by traffic cones, which would impede access in the event of an emergency.
