29 CFR  1910.37(a)(3):  Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed:  a) On or about December 20, 2024, and times prior to, in the warehouse, items such as safety cones, a 14 pallet high stack of pallets, and a Fairbanks scale were blocking exit routes from the warehouse to the outside areas.

29 CFR  1910.157(c)(1):  Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries:  a) On or about December 20, 2023, warehouse exit door, southeast corner, a portable fire extinguisher was blocked by portable compressor and fire sprinkler plumbing.  b)  On or about December 20, 2023, warehouse exit door, southeast corner, a portable fire extinguisher was blocked by pallets of pipe elbows and a dust pan.  c) On or about December 20, 2023, warehouse central storage area north wall, a portable fire extinguisher was not mounted and was sitting on floor between wall and pallet rack shelving.  d) On or about December 20, 2023, warehouse central storage north east area, a portable fire extinguisher was not mounted and was hanging on pallet.  e) On or about December 20, 2023, shipping area south area of warehouse, a portable fire extinguisher was not mounted and was placed under work station.
