1926.1053(b)(3): Ladders shall not be loaded beyond the maximum intended load for which they were built, nor beyond their manufacturer's rated capacity. Jamul Hotel Construction, 2nd deck: On and/or before December 14th, 2023, the extension ladder used did not have any manufacture data listed for safety requirements nor load limits for employees to identify during inspection and use of the ladder. Employees were exposed to the potential of ladder overloading, mechanical failure and/or fall hazard(s).
