Within twenty-four (24) hours after the in-patient hospitalization of one or more employees or an employee's amputation or an employee's loss of an eye, as a result of a work-related incident, you must report the in-patient hospitalization, amputation, or loss of an eye to OSHA.  a) Wayfair, LLC. - 801 W. Linden Ave., Linden NJ 07036 -Wherein the employer reported an inpatient hospitalization of an employee after the required 24 hour period. The incident occurred Saturday, 16 December 2023 at about 9:14 PM, the employer contacted emergency services who then transported employee to the hospital. The hospital then transferred the employee to another hospital to be hospitalized for treatment/surgery. The employer reported incident to OSHA on Monday 18 December 2023 at about 09:38 AM via telephone call.
