29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(ii): Employee training did not include the physical and health hazards of the chemicals in the work area: a) 4872 Zane A Miller Drive, Zullinger, PA - On or about December 12, 2023, employees working in dip tank operations at the host location did not receive site-specific hazard communication training on the physical and health hazards of the chemicals they were using. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
