Location: 777 Route 23 South, Pompton Plains, NJ 07444  a)	The employer did not ensure that proper chocking methods were used to prevent steel pipes from rolling from the trailer during unloading. An improperly chocked load fell off a flatbed trailer and struck an employee in the leg.  Violation occurred on or about December 21, 2023
