29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) Residential jobsite: On December 12, 2023, an employees' personal fall arrest harness was not attached to a lanyard or anchor point while performing roofing activities on a 7 in 12 pitched roof. This exposed the worker to a fall hazard ranging from 18 to approximately 21 feet to the ground below. Note) Certification of corrective action is required for this item.
