Goodwill Industries of Erie, Huron, Ottawa and Sandusky Counties, Inc. at 1597 Pontiac Ave., Fremont, Ohio: On or about December 1, 2023, the Central Machinery 1/2 HP abrasive wheel bench grinder, item # 39797, was not equipped with a tongue guard on the left abrasive wheel. Employees utilizing the grinder in this condition were exposed to caught-in hazards.

Employees utilizing the compressed air in this condition were exposed to struck-by hazards.
