OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm, including severe burns, to employees in that employees were exposed to fire, flash fire, deflagration, or explosion hazards from dust collectors and ductwork located inside a building:  a) Frontal Area: Two enclosureless dust collectors (COIMA model CFVA00000033PS00), used to capture the combustible dust generated by wood processing machinery, were located inside the building and not separated by a distance of at least 20 feet from each other, on or about December 20, 2023.  b) Frontal Area: Two enclosureless  dust collectors (COIMA model CFVA00000033PS00), used to capture the combustible dust generated by wood processing machinery, were equipped with ductwork that was flexible, nonmetallic, nonconductive, and that exceeded the minimum length required for machine operation, on or about December 20, 2023.  c) Frontal and Carcass Areas: Nineteen enclosureless dust collectors (Modesta model 5000), used to capture the combustible dust generated by wood processing machinery, were equipped with ductwork that was flexible, nonmetallic, nonconductive, and that exceeded the minimum length required for machine operation, on or about December 20, 2023.  ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
