29 CFR 1910.95(g)(1): The employer did not maintain an audiometric testing program as provided by 29 CFR 1910.95(g) by making audiometric testing available to all employees whose exposures equal or exceed an 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels: (a) Plant II - On or about December 19, 2023, a Machine Operator was exposed to continuous noise at a dose of 94.6% or an equivalent time-weighted average of 88 dBA, which is in excess of the 85 dBA Action level, during a 432-minute sampling period on 01-11-2024. Exposure calculations included a zero increment for the time not sampled.
