29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(ii): Employee training did not include the physical and health hazards of the chemicals in the work area: a) Flowers Bakery of Suwanee LLC - Throughout the facility- On or about December 19, 2023, and at times prior, employees were exposed to health hazards associated with anhydrous ammonia in that, the employer did not ensure employees were trained on the physical and health hazards of ammonia (NH3) used as a refrigerant, to prevent exposure and delays during emergency evacuation.
