29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: Production Area - a. On or about December 21, 2023, employees required to work with corrosive chemicals such as AFCO 5316 Power Foam HD and AFCO 5240 Liquid Fryer Cleaner, were not provided with working facilities for suitable drenching or flushing the eyes and body.
