Bags, containers, bundles, etc., stored in tiers shall be stacked, blocked, interlocked and limited in height so that they are stable and secure against sliding or collapse. a. On or about December 26, 2023, merchandise in boxes was stored on the top of the storage shelving units in housewares storage, positioned so the boxes were overhanging the edges of the shelving unsecured, thereby exposing employees to struck-by hazards while working in the aisle below.
