At the time of this inspection, molding press B-5 was locked out by a maintenance employee.  (b) Automotive building; On or about December 27, 2024, and dates prior, specific procedures were not developed, documented, and utilized for machines such as but not limited to molding presses C-4 and F-4 before employees performed servicing activities.  At the time of this inspection, molding presses C-4 and F-4 were not locked out while mold technicians performed servicing activities of changing tooling on the injection molding machine.
