29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use. On or about December 27, 2023, and at times prior thereto, the employer did not make eyewash stations immediately accessible to employees who work with hazardous chemicals such as but not limited to, battery acid, exposing employees to chemical burns and eye injuries.

29 CFR 1910.334(a)(1): Flexible electric cords were fastened with staples or otherwise hung in such a fashion as could damage the outer jacket or insulation. On or about December 27, 2023, and at times prior thereto, on the order picker cages, a 120v power strip was attached to the all metal cage using zip ties, exposing employees to potential electrical shock and/or fire hazards.
