29 CFR 1910.219(c)(4)(i):Unguarded projecting shaft end(s) did not present a smooth edge and end or project more than one half the diameter of the shaft: (a) on or about 12/20/2023 and at times prior thereto, employees on the walkway of the conveyor belt leading to the dock at the Morrow County Grian Growers elevator facility at Boardman Oregon were exposed to entanglement hazards in that a projecting shaft end that did not present a smooth edge and end and projected more than one half the diameter of the shaft was not guarded. (b) on or about 12/20/2023 and at times prior thereto, employees on the walkway of the conveyor belt leading to the dock at the Morrow County Grian Growers elevator facility at Boardman Oregon were exposed to entanglement hazards in that a projecting shaft end that did not present a smooth edge and end and projected more than one half the diameter of the shaft was not guarded.
