29 CFR 1910.147(d)(2): The machine or equipment was not turned off or shut down using the procedures established for the machine or equipment: a) Production area, 106 Gamma Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15238: On or about November 17, 2023, the panels on the Kibbler conveyor on a Propack dough feeding system (model number LJ SRT L.H., serial number 53-05306) were removed while the machine was still running so that a product could be cleared from the machine. The machine was not turned off or shut down using the procedures established for the machine.
