29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): a) Shop Area, 763 Route 21, Uniontown, PA 15401: On or about November 13, 2023, the point(s) of operation on a Roundo Hassleholms Mekaniska AB brand sheet metal roll forming machine (machine type IP110/5, machine number 1013) was not guarded. Employees operating the machine were exposed to caught-by and crushed-by hazards created by rotating parts and in-running nip points.
