To abate this hazard, the employer must ensure that exit doors are kept free and unobstructed.  b) At 26 2nd Street SW, Decatur, AL, on or about January 3, 2024, the exit doors in warehouse number 7, which exposes employees to entrapment and fire hazards. To abate this hazard, the employer must ensure that exit doors are kept free and unobstructed.

In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
