Located at 5600 Trabue Road, Columbus Ohio 43228: On or about January 3, 2024, the controlling employer failed to ensure sub-contractor employees were protected from falling while installing sheathing on the roof of a new build four story hotel. The employees were exposed to heights of up to approximately 50 feet from the roof edge to the ground below without any form of fall protection.
