29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was six or more feet (1.8m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall protection system: Location: 1015 Main St. Brockton MA On January 4th, 2024 employees were exposed to fall up to 10 feet to the ground while working on a flat, commercial roof where fall protection was not utilized.
