29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2):The employer did not report an in-patient hospitalization, amputation, or loss of an eye as a result of a work-related incident to OSHA within twenty-four (24) hours: a) Following the hospitalization of an employee on or about December 29, 2023, the employer did not make a report to OSHA within 24 hours after the occurrence. The employer was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1483668, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on December 18, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 12901 Cabela Dr., Fort Worth, Texas 76131.
