29 CFR 1910.217(b)(7)(v)(a): Each two-hand control for single stroke operations on mechanical power press(es) using part revolution clutches was not protected against unintended operation: a) On or about 1/9/24, in the press area; Employees were exposed to struck by/caught hazards when the employer did not ensure the Niagara 250 ton #107 power press was adequately protected against unintended operation. The right button of the two-hand actuators for the press was not protected against unintended operation with a ring guard or similar equipment. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
