29 CFR 1910.106(d)(4)(i): Opening(s) from inside flammable and combustible storage room(s) into other rooms or buildings were not provided with noncombustible liquid-tight raised sills or ramps at least 4 inches in height: a) Aerosol Room: On or about January 4, 2024, employees were exposed to fire hazards while working within a warehouse due to Category 1 flammable liquids in the form of flammable aerosols such as but not limited to, butane, propane, isobutane, ethanol, and alcohol stored�within an interior flammable storage room, which accessed other interior�rooms and did not have a raised sill or ramp at least four (4) inches high at the doorways to the interior rooms, or drainage to a safe location.� Abatement certification required.
